HRW: Israel is Committing Crimes against Humanity in Gaza. This is Bigger and More Serious than War Crimes.

Comment: On Oct. 14th, 2024 the American-Based Human Right Watch (HRW) declared forthrightly that Israel IS committing 'CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. This echos a similar report by the United Nations Human Rights Council in June 2024, that concluded that Israel was conducting a practice of extermination of indigenous Palestinians.
Most of the corporate media, however, are saying that HRW accused Israel of war crimes' or 'ethnic cleansing' (still unthinkable but lesser levels of offense than an outright policy of human extermnation).   We believe that in most cases they are intentionally misleading their readers.
Crimes Against Humanity are the most serious of all heartless, brutal, evil, and unthinkable crimes against other human beings (including all men, women, children, and babies).
Israel's reputation is being stained for many generations to come.   Endless movies and documentary series will recount the horrors of these days, as well as the stories of the heroes who rose up against the genocide and thus for peace and justice.
Books will be written, educational curricula will be taught at all levels, monuments and libraries will be built to memorialize the fallen and profile the perpetrators.   Records will be translated into all languages and kept in perpetuity across the world.
It's only getting worse for the racist, zionist, apartheid state, day-by-day.   It should take the opportunity of the current political shakeup in America to find a way out and begin seeking forgiveness and repairing its God foresaken demonic image.   For the sake of it's own children, even if for nothing else.   The clock is ticking…

Human Rights Watch (2024-11-14).   Israel Committing Crimes against Humanity in Gaza    HRW: To start off with, let's talk about what the term "crimes against humanity" means in international law.
These are certain crimes committed by members of government forces or a non-state armed group that are knowingly committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack on a civilian population.   This means the multiple commission of such crimes committed pursuant to a state policy.
In this case, we are talking about Israel's mass displacement of nearly all of Gaza's population, often multiple times, as well as preventing their return home.
